Why We Built an AI Automation Studio

Twenty years ago, every business needed a website.

Ten years ago, every business needed a social media presence.

Today, every business is being told it needs AI.

The hard part isn't access to AI. It's knowing where to start. New tools appear every week, each promising to save time and grow revenue — and most business owners end up with more questions than answers:

  • Which AI tools are actually worth paying for?
  • Where would automation save my team the most time?
  • What should we automate first?
  • Is AI even relevant for a business like mine?

Finding reliable answers takes hours of research and testing. Most owners don't have those hours.

That's why we built ArcVision.

Why We Built ArcVision

Companies that adopted websites early gained an advantage over those that waited. The same happened with social media. We're now seeing the same shift with AI.

Businesses that use it well respond to customers faster, spend less time on repetitive work and make decisions with better information. Those that ignore it will find it harder to compete.

But we didn't want to build another AI tool or sell technology for the sake of technology. Our goal is simpler: help businesses see where AI creates measurable value — more leads, faster responses, less manual work — and then build the systems that deliver it.

What We've Launched: AI Growth Consultant

The first thing we launched is the AI Growth Consultant, available right on our homepage.

Instead of recommending random tools, it starts by learning about your business: what you do, who your customers are, how leads reach you today and where your team loses time.

Based on your answers, it identifies where AI can make a real difference. Depending on the business, that might mean:

  • answering and qualifying new leads within seconds, at any hour;
  • automating repetitive administrative work;
  • improving customer communication;
  • connecting the tools your team already uses;
  • streamlining internal processes.

The first point matters more than most businesses expect: a lead that waits hours for a reply often goes to a competitor. We explain why in Why Lead Response Speed Wins More Deals Than Your Offer.

Every company is different. A local restaurant has different problems than an online store, and a law firm works differently than a marketing agency. That's why recommendations should come from the business itself, not from a list of trending AI tools.

It's also why we called it a consultant, not a chatbot. Its job isn't to chat — it's to help you decide what's worth automating, and with confidence.

Why We Launched Early

This is version 1.0, and it isn't perfect. We chose to launch anyway.

Waiting for perfection usually means waiting forever. Real feedback beats assumptions: every conversation teaches us something, and every suggestion makes the product more useful. We'd rather build improvements together with the people who use it than guess what they need.

Our philosophy is simple: build, learn, improve, repeat.

What's Next

Our immediate priority is deeper business analysis and more personalized recommendations in the AI Growth Consultant. It already works in both English and Polish, and we'll keep improving it in both languages.

Beyond that, we plan specialized AI agents for specific industries and business needs — not one universal tool, but a growing set of assistants that each solve a real problem.

We also want to show, not just tell. Our first case study is already live: a website and custom management system for a restaurant in Gdańsk.

Building in Public

We're building ArcVision in public. That means sharing releases, experiments, lessons learned — and mistakes. Some ideas will work better than expected; others won't. We'll share both.

We hope this helps other founders and business owners see what building an AI product really looks like. And every conversation, suggestion and piece of feedback shapes what we build next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ArcVision?

ArcVision is an AI automation and web studio based in Poland. We help businesses get more leads, respond to customers faster and automate repetitive work — with AI assistants, lead automation, OpenAI and Make integrations, and conversion-focused websites.

What is the AI Growth Consultant?

It's a free AI consultant on our website. It learns about your business, your challenges and your goals, then shows where AI and automation can save time and bring in more leads. At the end, you get a personalized automation plan.

Is it free?

Yes. The conversation with the AI Growth Consultant and your automation plan are free, with no commitment. If you decide to implement the plan, we scope that work with you as a separate project.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The AI Growth Consultant is built for business owners, managers and teams — not developers. You don't need to understand AI models or write prompts. Just answer questions about your business.

How is it different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant. The AI Growth Consultant is designed for one job: understanding your business and finding practical ways AI can improve your operations, customer communication and lead generation. Instead of generic answers, you get recommendations based on how your company actually works.

Who is it for?

Small and medium-sized businesses, startups, agencies, online stores and local businesses that want to use AI without spending weeks researching tools or learning technical concepts.

Can AI really help small businesses?

Yes. Many AI solutions are affordable and quick to implement. They can answer customer questions, qualify leads, automate follow-ups and take repetitive work off your team. The key isn't using the most advanced AI — it's using the right AI for your business.
