We provide AI assistants, AI website consultancy, lead automation systems, OpenAI integrations, Make automations and modern conversion-focused websites. Content on this site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer; specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.
3. The AI Consultant
The AI Consultant on this site provides automated, general guidance based on the information you share. Responses are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute professional, technical or legal advice, and any automation plan should be confirmed with our team before implementation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful, harmful or abusive content, attempt to interfere with its operation, or extract data at scale (scraping) without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design and branding, is the property of ArcVision unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
ArcVision is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on AI Consultant output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the fees you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under EU law.
