1. Who we are
ArcVision ("we", "us") is an AI automation and web studio based in Poland. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit arcvision.studio or use our AI Consultant, and how we use it. We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) contact details you submit through our forms or AI Consultant, such as name, email and company information, so we can prepare and send you an automation plan; (b) messages you send to the AI Consultant, to generate a relevant response; (c) usage data collected via cookies, such as pages visited, device type and referral source, but only after you accept cookies in the banner shown on the site.
3. How we use your data
We use contact data to respond to your enquiry and prepare your AI automation plan. We use AI Consultant messages to generate a response via our AI provider and to improve the relevance of our replies. We use analytics data, where consented, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process contact and enquiry data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We process analytics cookies only where you have given consent via the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing your browser storage or contacting us.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. Google Analytics only loads after you accept cookies. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner, or later by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, and the site will continue to work normally.
6. AI Consultant chat storage
To prevent losing your progress if the page is refreshed or a tab is accidentally closed, your AI Consultant conversation is saved in your browser's local storage for up to 24 hours of inactivity, after which it is automatically cleared. This storage is strictly necessary for the chat feature itself to work and, unlike analytics cookies, does not require separate consent. You can clear it at any time using the "Reset chat" button inside the AI Consultant widget.
7. Third-party processors
We use the following processors to operate our site: Google Analytics (analytics), an AI language model provider (to power the AI Consultant), Resend (to deliver lead notification emails), and Vercel (hosting). Each processor handles data under its own privacy and security terms.
8. Data retention
We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as necessary to respond to you and pursue a potential business relationship, and no longer than legally required for accounting or contractual purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
